One Standard.
TS-01 is a hand-wheel driven mobile shelving system with a dual-tone powder coating scheme: a matte light-grey or ivory body with an accent applied to door faces, side panels and the hand-wheel. Cabinet fronts read as furniture rather than equipment in records rooms, reading areas and corporate archives.

The body is finished in matte light grey, ivory or ivory-grey; the accent goes on door faces, side panels, the hand-wheel and the end frames. Any RAL or Pantone reference can be matched, and a cured sample panel is issued before production starts.

Powder Coat
Built To Stay.
The two-tone finish comes off the same electrostatic powder line as our standard range. Phosphating pre-treatment, a 60–80 μm cured film and batch-controlled colour keep every bay in the run visually identical.
Degreasing, derusting and zinc phosphating prepare the bare steel before the accent colour is applied.
Impact strength ≥ 4 N·m and pencil hardness ≥ 0.4 H, measured on the finished panel.
100 h solvent soak and 96 h neutral salt spray produce no blistering, rust, peeling or colour change.
One powder lot per project keeps body and accent panels within ΔE ≤ 1.2 of each other.

The two-tone scheme sits on our standard manual frame: a welded 3.0 mm chassis running on a 20 × 20 mm solid square rail, six double-sided levels and a mechanical lock on every aisle.
