For a standard archive room we normally return a CAD layout within 24 hours and a full quotation within 48 hours of receiving your room plan and record volume. Complex rooms with fire compartments or multi-floor layouts can take a little longer, and we will tell you upfront if that is the case.

We ship to more than 60 countries, mainly by sea in 20′ and 40′ containers, with LCL consolidation available for smaller orders. Quotations show the ex-works price and the freight separately, so you can compare our pricing with your own forwarder if you prefer. Tell us the destination port and we will price both routes.

Yes — layout engineering is free and carries no obligation. Send a floor plan, a photograph with rough dimensions, or even a sketch. Our engineers return a CAD layout, an aisle plan and a bay count, and we will happily revise it two or three times while the room is being finalised.

Smart drive earns its cost when retrieval frequency is high, when audit trails are required, or when the room is long, cold or difficult to work in. Manual hand-wheel bays win on long-term simplicity, in buildings with unreliable power, and in tightly budgeted tenders. Ask us both questions — we quote both options rather than steering you to the larger ticket.

Standard series production runs roughly 20–35 days depending on finish and volume, plus sea freight. Structural frames carry a 5–10 year warranty, and we stock spare parts for a minimum of ten years after delivery so a bay never becomes an orphan.

Yes. We hold more than 200 RAL shades, including two-tone frames with masked accent panels, and colour-blocked art and painting-store shelving. OEM programs — your branding on documentation, packing and, where permitted, on the product itself — are available for distributor and tender orders.
