MJ-01 is a hand-wheel driven mobile shelving system in cold-rolled steel: a load-bearing carriage, six double-sided levels and a mechanical lock on every aisle. With no motor, no control board and nothing to calibrate, it suits records rooms, warehouses and stores where the shelving has to work every day for decades.
Powder Coating
Built For Hard Rooms.
Every panel is degreased, derusted and zinc-phosphated before a 60–80 μm electrostatic powder film is cured onto it. The finish resists humidity, dust and routine wipe-down, which is what an archive store without climate control actually demands.
Degreasing, derusting and zinc phosphating prepare bare steel before any coating goes on.
Impact strength ≥ 4 N·m, pencil hardness ≥ 0.4 H, adhesion not below grade 2.
Hand-wheel bearings are sealed and lubricated for life; there are no grease points on the cabinet.
96 h neutral salt spray produces no rust creep; rated for unconditioned warehouse air.

Frame Forming
Uprights are roll-formed from 1.5 mm cold-rolled steel; shelves are folded five times so they hold their shape under load.

Base & Rail
A 3.0 mm welded chassis runs on hardened cast-iron rollers over a 20 × 20 mm solid square rail.
- 03
Drive & Assemble
Chain drive with self-aligning bearings, then an assembly check on straightness, level and hand-wheel force.
