SM-01 is the intelligent mobile shelving system for archives and file rooms: a 15-inch fixed-column touchscreen, 8-inch screens on the mobile bays, bilingual voice prompts, infrared anti-squeeze, and live temperature and humidity on the home screen. Built for installations where accountability, safety and remote oversight all matter.
Three Ways To
Command The Aisle.
The fixed-column capacitive screen handles open and close, ventilation cycles, self-check and live status; mobile bays carry 8-inch screens.
Bilingual prompts announce aisle movement and confirm obstacles; commands can be spoken when both hands are full.
Search by file code, scan a QR label or call the aisle up from the archive software; the system opens the aisle and lights the target column.
Protection Built
Into Every Movement.
Every motorised movement is guarded by redundant sensors and mechanical locks. If anything is detected in the aisle the run will not start, both infrared systems have to agree, and emergency stop is reachable from either end.
Dual infrared — anti-squeeze plus a people-counting beam — reacts in under 0.2 s across an aisle up to 20 m.
Continuous travel stops by itself after 13 s; the interval is set per installation.
Hard-wired stop on every column panel and on the fixed column halts all movement at once.
Power loss switches the run to manual; bays open by hand on the star hand-wheel.
