SW-01 pairs a 336 mm five-point star hand-wheel with a 36 V motor drive. The star wheel gives you full mechanical control when you want it; the motor takes the load when you do not. A double overrunning clutch means turning one wheel never drags the handles on the rest of the run.
Four Ways To
Open A Bay.
Disengage the motor and turn the star wheel by hand. The bay stays fully operable during a power outage.
Panels on each mobile column open, close and jog the bay without touching the wheel.
The 8-inch touchscreen opens and closes bays, runs ventilation cycles and shows live status.
Open a bay from the archive management software, or from a phone or tablet on the same network.
Motor Support
Matched To The Load.
Motor output scales with bay load. A lightly filled bay moves at low assist for a quieter aisle; a fully loaded six-level run draws on the full 90 W motor so the operator barely feels the weight.

Encoder feedback holds aisle alignment within ±0.3 mm, so bays close without contact.
8-inch industrial touchscreen on the fixed column; indicator lamps on every mobile bay.
Infrared anti-squeeze in two stages. Detection reacts in under 0.2 s across a 20 m aisle.
80 kg per shelf UDL across six double-sided levels, identical to the manual range.
The star wheel engages automatically on power loss, so the run is never locked out.
Continuous travel stops automatically after 13 s; the interval is configurable on site.
36 V DC low-voltage system; leakage protection is fitted on the fixed column.
