NM-01 Pure-White Manual Compactor

Manual Series · NM-01

The New Manual.
Nothing To Loosen.

NM-01 is the latest revision of our hand-wheel mobile shelving. Uprights are roll-formed with ribs in one continuous pass, shelves clip onto the hang plates with no screws, and the chassis is a welded 3.0 mm frame. Fewer fasteners means less to work loose, and a stiffer bay under full load.

  • Screwless clip assembly — nothing to work loose
  • 80 kg per shelf UDL across six double-sided levels
  • 10-year structural warranty

Technical Specifications

Engineered Down
To The Millimetre.

80 kgPer Shelf UDL

Uniformly distributed load tested across a 900 mm bay; deflection stays under L/200.

1.5 mmRoll-Formed Upright

1.5 mm cold-rolled upright formed in one pass with four round ribs, so there is no welded joint in the load path.

3.0 mmWelded Chassis

Chassis and cross members are 3.0 mm hot-rolled steel, welded into a single rigid frame.

6-foldShelf Profile

Shelves are roll-formed through six folds and finished with anti-inertia stops at the front edge.

20 × 20Solid Square Rail

Hardened cast-iron rollers run on a solid square rail: no flat spots and no step at the rail joins.

10 YearsFactory Warranty

Warranty covers frame, hand-wheel assembly and bearings under normal operating conditions.

Why Mechanical?

Zero Power.
Zero Downtime.

Removing motors, sensors and control boards removes the three most common failure modes in a store: drive-board faults, sensor drift and power-loss lockouts.

Screwless clip-fit assembly

Hang plates, divider rods and the dust cover clip into place; the only tools on site are for the rail.

Roll-formed, ribbed uprights

Continuous ribs through the upright section raise stiffness without adding weight or cost.

Folding star crank

The crank folds flat against the column so it never blocks the aisle; ≤ 11.8 N moves a loaded run.

Add bays without rework

Standard modules bolt onto the existing rail; new bays match older runs in height and colour.

Quality Assurance

Factory Tests
We Document.

Every production batch is subjected to dimensional, load and surface-finish checks before despatch.

01

Weld Inspection

Chassis welds are visually checked, and critical joints are inspected for porosity under magnification.

02

Coating Thickness

Powder coat is measured at 60–80 μm; cross-hatch adhesion testing confirms finish integrity.

03

Load Deflection

Each shelf design is loaded to 120 % of rated capacity for 24 hours with no permanent set.

04

Hand-Wheel Torque

Force is measured at the crank through the full travel length and recorded on the batch sheet.

05

Assembly Tolerance

Bay length and diagonal, upright plumb and rail level are checked against the production drawing.

06

Lock Function

Column locks and the total lock are cycled under rated load to confirm engagement and release.

Typical Applications

Where NM-01
Performs Best.

Archives & Records Centres

Long document runs where a single aisle must open without power, wiring or a control board.

Bonded & Customs Warehouses

Restricted-access storage where electronics and wireless devices are not permitted.

Industrial Parts Stores

Small-parts and fastener storage in unconditioned sheds and workshops.

Court & Government Files

Storage that has to stay accessible through power and network outages.
